Join us for the club's first Zoom meeting on Thursday, June 4 at 7 PM.

In honor of the 10th Anniversary of the current club, we will have original members talk about the history of both the first Humboldt homebrew club and the current one.

We will also talk about the most recent collaboration by club members, the Pink Boots Collaboration Brew in honor of International Women's Month in March - right before “Brewing in Place” became our current mode. A couple beers are available locally with the blend of the 2020 Pink Boots Hops blend so any one can have one on hand to Sip in Place as we discuss the hops and celebrate the great women we have in the brewing community. Even better, Kristina Watson has kindly offered to share bottles of the collaboration black IPA for those interested in trying during our discussion. Limited supplies, so message Kristina if interested. Commercial beers with the hops available are Six Rivers 'Rosie the Riveter' hoppy pale (available in growlers at the brewery), and Sudwerks 'like a Woman' IPL (available in cans at Arcata Coop and Eureka Natural Foods).

A link will be included in a club email; if you are not on the email list, send a request to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and we can send the link. When you join the meeting please keep your computer muted to allow the speakers to be heard. Once discussion starts can unmute for comments or questions. Please be patient as we try out this format, and we welcome suggesions. The discussion may go past 8 if the hosts approve. We look forward to this novel meeting for the club.
